Saw the Italian/English forum and liked it! I've always wanted to learn different languages, I know some Spanish, but that is about it... Wish to learn a little Italian!

How you say? Ciao?

Let's see... I'm 16 going into my Jr. Year! Wooo!! I have an part time job during the summer lifeguarding at a local pool. I am in an Explorer Program with my city where I train to become a Police Officer. (Gives me a head start on knowing much of the things.) I did have an German Shepherd but she died last month(April) on the 3rd. She had a very bad disease that killed her in three days. Crying or Very sad

When I was 20 y-o I also wished to become a Police Officer, but then things changed and I renounced that thought!

I'm very sorry to hear that about your German Shepherd. Sad
What a terrible thing...
I am a pets lover and I never accept pets' loss. I lost two cats in 11 months and I'm still very sad when I think about them. My house seems empty now.
So I do know very well your feeling for your dog. Sad

A big hug! sweet hug

Welcome to Amici Pirate So sorry to hear about your German Shepherd did you have her for a long time? As Goganga says its always sad when you lose a pet.

Now a wee secret about what happens to a person when they become a Police Officer.

Someone I know very well has been in the Police Force for a long time and know what I've noticed! Everytime I ask a question, on any subject, instead of getting an answer I get interrogated. ti bastono

Ciao PirateScoobs! Welcome to the forum! I am new around here too! I work for the police as a civilian worker, and it's the most rewarding job I ever had. Smile

Sorry to hear about your German Shepherd dog. We had one called Max years ago. My dad was heartbroken when he passed away, so I am sorry to hear your loss.

I can speak some Italian, so I can offer some help if you need it! I know very little Spanish (although I can translate some because it's similar to Italian), but listen a lot of Spanish music because I dance salsa!!!
