Okay, so as not to post willy-nilly and to stay 'on-topic', I've moved my thread here for Kim's latest health problems that seem never-ending
This has nothing to do with anything, but I'm too tired at the moment to hunt for any related posts ....
I called the diagnostic center yesterday to see if I could ask questions about my brain scans (a few in particular with 'dark areas' and/or white spots) ... and they said they could not give results, but they could tell me that if it were anything life-threatening, a doctor would have called me by now.
My concern is because some scans show "dark areas" or 'missing' sections in the back of my brain. I have a friend in Belgium who survived hemorrhaging in both hemispheres years ago, but he still has troubles from his brain injuries (from a fall), and from my descriptions he told me his concerns - that it could be from the cluster migraines we both suffer from, or it could be "something else" ..... the white spots could be just different kinds of brain tissue, or it could "scleroses" (scars) that are evidence of MS flare-ups. "Could be" a lot of things ... could be nothing at all (then why are portions of my brain dark or 'missing'?).
I have to wait until Tuesday (neurologist) to learn the meaning of those areas, but at least i know that if my life is in danger, I'll get a phone call first
