Well - yes it is a sort of
fish and prawn sauce.....
In reality it's one of my 'I'm bored with food'
You will need - for 4 people:
2 fish fillets (I use cod fillets).
1lb frozen or fresh (shelled) prawns.
1 jar of Arrabbiata pasta sauce.
2 dessert spoons of olive oil (I use extra virgin....)
400g of fine spaghetti (I use Bavette - flat spaghetti)
Steam the fish and the prawns until cooked. Empty the Arrabbiata sauce into a large wide 'non stick' fry pan with the olive oil.
Break the fish into smallish pieces and then, with the prawns, add to the sauce in the pan and heat slowly on a low heat.
Cook the pasta in the normal way (allow min. 100g of dry pasta per person).
When the pasta is cooked, strain and add to the sauce in the pan, mix carefully and serve.
Grated cheese may be added depending on personal tastes.
