No I don't go there - ever. You can't get close to the villa from the land side and from the lake there is nearly always a boat patrolling up and down and you cant pull in to his private landing stage or lake front.

I think he's pretty popular in th village where his villa is. But he's well out of my league - gorgeous or not!

Here's his house.....

No, sorry Christie...his house by the lake is on the opposite side and right down near Como - About 40 mins drive from me!

I have invited him to tea a couple of times - but he never sends a reply!

Carole, he doesn't know what he is missing! happy_red

Shame on you I was first, you can all wait in line Very Happy
Usualy I'm good at sharing, but a guy like him ....
shows what a B**** I can be marameo
he has at least 3 houses at Lago di Como... with my
luck I'll just run into him, when I just went swimming and look terrible LOL

let's move back on topic ;-) I think the lake is beautiful, but when we are a bit more south, we have more places to go and visit. We love Brescia and Verona, I want to show my kids Firenze and maybe even San Marino, I know I loved it when I was young (which I still am of course Anxious )

Who knows, we might stay a day or 2/3 at the lake before we continue our holiday :-)

This could be a good idea, so you can visit more places. Dancing
